I recently had a stay at a guest house on a small island and I must say it was a great value for money. The prices for the excursions were very affordable, especially if you booked several activities together. The staff were extremely helpful and nice to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were well-appointed and I loved the open shower with a garden view. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with traditional Maldivian food, a perfect start to the day. One aspect that stood out was the attention to detail, from the immaculately clean rooms to the special in-room amenities. I also appreciate the hotel's location in a local area, giving us an authentic experience.

A very familiar and friendly stay on a local Maledivian Island. If you like to explore the country (not only resorts), enjoy the local life of the Malediviens and being a part of a family, this Guesthouse would be the perfect choice for you.

You have to respect the muslim rules (no bikini, no alcohol). Maafushi is not a holiday island, but the guestfamiliy would like to organize many different excursions for you (dolphin watching, trip to a resort, trip to a uninhabitant island, trip to a sandbank, night fishing, water sports, snorkeling, diving etc.).

I liked the activities they offer for cheap prices.

I had an amazing stay at this guest house! The family-run establishment made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They were attentive and always ready to assist. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious and varied meals prepared by Mama. Each dish was made with so much love and care, making it the best food I've had on the island. The location of the guest house was also great, with easy access to the nearby capital and airport. the service, cleanliness, and organization of this guest house were top-notch, and I can't wait to come back for another stay.

The Summer Villa Guest House is a very good place to in be when you are visiting the Maladives. The people are very very friendly (like family), the food that they serve is very good, the room is nice and clean, there are good excursions like snorkeling and fishing and the island beach is beautifull. If you want a nice and peacfull stay go to this location. The 1,5 hour trip with the ferry from Male City to the Maafushi island is also very beautifull and only cost 3 $. On this trip you will all so see the beauty of the Maladives. When we go back to the Maladives we will go back to the Summer Villa Guest House to feel the real Maladive.

Exceptional host family, delicious Maldivian cuisine, variety of fish preparations, opportunity to learn about Maldivian culture, exceptional snorkeling.

We recently stayed in a charming little villa on a beautiful island. The staff were superb, welcoming us as if we were family. We were offered delicious meals, cooked to our requirements by the talented chef. We were able to enjoy the open rooftop area, which had a fantastic view of both seafronts. The villa was very cost-effective and provided all the necessary amenities, while the location was quiet and relaxing.

The villa was slightly off from the beach front, but the price was very affordable considering how much more expensive it would be to stay closer to the beach. The beach front was within easy walking distance, and the island itself was quite small.

I like most their Staff .. they were all very friendly and caring and the food was nice.

Location was not as per my expectations but all over its was cool.

First of all I would like to appreciate excellent service and staffs with very friendly and decent behaviour. Rooms were excellent and cleaned, good sanitation facilities, I had ever experienced. Self cooking arrangements and other facilities like fishing & dolphin shows was an additional pleasure for us. In all means it was an wonderful life time experience for me and my family. The hotel is conveniently located close to excursions, beaches, and cafes, making it a great spot to explore the island from. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small but are very clean and come equipped with a fridge and toiletries, which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and give advice on the best things to do during your stay. the breakfast is delicious and offers plenty of variety.

The wifi connection in the hotel could be improved and may not be as strong as other places on the island.
